Aura Home Care & Concierge is a non-medical in-home care company.
You will have the opportunity to assist in the daily care of clients across the Tri-County area and beyond both privately in-home and in a community setting.
$16.00/hr- Eligible for wage increase pending successful 6 month performance review.

Summerville, Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, Ladson, Goose Creek, Monck’s Corner, Ridgeville, Cross, North Charleston, West Ashley, Charleston, Seabrook Island, Kiawah Island, Meggett, Walterboro, and Edisto Island.
- Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting a positive atmosphere with an individualized approach to care.
- Provide positive interaction with clients and family that contribute to emotional health and wellness based upon individual holistic needs. Including but not limited to; spiritual needs, personal interests, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promoting personalized life enrichment for clients and families.
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to care team leaders.
- Collaborate with the care team, clients, and families for best care outcomes for the client and family.
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment while promoting preventive and personal wellness.
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to develop new skills and approaches to care in order to meet client needs on an individual basis.
- Punctuality and Reliability is a MUST!
- Ability to meet requirements on background check. Zero tolerance policy.
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- 2-step PPD or TB Q-Gold Serum test within the last 12 months required.
- Ability to work in homes with pets preferred.
