Crystal has been in the nursing field for over 9 years’ with a focus predominately in senior living administration and leadership. Her areas of concentration include those living with dementia and other cognitive disorders.
Having fulfilled the role of primary caregiver for her own family members, she has experienced the benefits that quality in home care can provide.
Crystal is a Virginia native and relocated to the Lowcountry with her family in 2011. In her spare time, you will find her spending time with her family. Together they enjoy film, arts, music, gaming, history, gardening, and spending time in nature. She currently resides in Summerville with her family and several fur babies.

Lori began her career working with the senior population after attending USC Beaufort while pursuing a degree in Human Services with a concentration in Gerontology. She successfully completed a one-year internship with a local hospice organization in Charleston and during her time there, fell in love with the senior population.
After her internship, Lori began working as a caregiver for a local home care company and quickly was promoted to client care coordinator. From there, the opportunity to become a life enrichment coordinator for a memory care unit in an assisted living community presented itself. During her time there, Lori blossomed into all facets of care management including, med tech supervisor, assistant to the Director of Nursing, and then memory care supervisor.
Lori is a Dementia Specialist and also obtained certification in exercising leadership foundational principals from Harvard. She is a South Carolina native and resides in Summerville. She is an animal lover, proud grandma, and member of Mensa.

Brad Garrett brings a rare blend of devotion and empathy to his role as Client Services Director. His approach to leadership wasn’t just learned in a boardroom; it was cultivated on his family’s farm in rural Upstate South Carolina. Growing up tending to the land alongside his grandparents, Brad learned the true meaning of stewardship—not just for the property, but for the people who call it home. Caring for his grandparents as they aged instilled in him a foundational “care-first” philosophy that remains the heartbeat of his professional career.
Since joining Aura, Brad has been a steadfast advocate for the human element of service. He began his journey focusing on client service delivery and community relations, where he quickly became known for his ability to listen as much as he leads. As his role evolved, so did his commitment to a client-centric model, ensuring that every strategy developed at Aura prioritizes the dignity and individual needs of those we serve.
To better serve families navigating the complexities of memory loss, Brad has furthered his expertise by becoming a Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. This certification reflects his deep dedication to providing specialized, informed care for those living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
With an extensive background in customer service management, Brad specializes in:

- Specialized Memory Care: Utilizing his CDP certification to guide families through the unique challenges of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Shareese Campbell-Jenkins

CARE SERVICES DIRECTOR
Shareese Campbell-Jenkins is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience in the senior healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in personal caregiving, medication management, care plan support, care activity development, and healthcare administration.
She has held various leadership and administrative roles, including managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and training and coordinating with other healthcare providers and care facilities. Her career path in healthcare was inspired by personal family experiences, fueling a deep passion for helping others.
Shareese holds certifications in Billing and Coding and Medical Terminology and has completed training in Medical Management & Administration as well as Activities Coordination. She is guided by a strong commitment to compassionate care, often grounding her work in the belief that every individual deserves the same dignity and empathy she would want for her own parents or grandparents.
