As Owner and Chief Executive Officer of AURA, Lori Meredith leads with a simple belief: every person deserves to age with dignity, compassion, and purpose. Lori is proud to have been part of AURA since its beginning, working alongside founder Crystal Slusser to build a company rooted in compassion, integrity, and exceptional care. Today, she is honored to carry that legacy forward while leading AURA into its next chapter.
With more than 11 years of experience in home care, hospice, memory care, and care management, Lori is a nationally and internationally certified Dementia Specialist and Educator. She also brings personal insight as a caregiver for a family member living with Alzheimer’s disease, inspiring AURA’s relationship-centered approach to serving every individual and family with compassion, respect, and dignity.
Lori believes the best care begins with genuine relationships, where every client is treated like family and every caregiver is valued as part of the AURA family.

Brad Garrett brings compassion, dedication, and a genuine heart for serving others to his role as Client Services Director. Raised in rural Upstate South Carolina, he learned the value of hard work and caring for others while helping his grandparents on the family farm—experiences that continue to shape his “people first” approach today.
Since joining AURA, Brad has been committed to ensuring every client and family feels heard, supported, and valued. As a Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), he is passionate about helping families navigate the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia with compassion, understanding, and respect.
Brad believes exceptional care begins with meaningful relationships and is dedicated to making every interaction with AURA a positive and supportive experience.
Shareese Campbell-Jenkins
CARE SERVICES DIRECTOR
With more than 10 years of experience in senior healthcare, Shareese Campbell-Jenkins is passionate about serving older adults and supporting the families who care for them. Her background includes caregiving, healthcare administration, care planning, medication management, and team coordination.
Inspired by her own family experiences, Shareese is committed to treating every client with the same compassion, dignity, and respect she would want for her own loved ones. She holds certifications in Billing & Coding and Medical Terminology, along with specialized training in Medical Management & Administration and Activities Coordination.
