Lori Meredith

CADDCT, CMDCPT, CDP, CMDCP, CDSGF

AURA ENLIGHTEN FOUNDING TRAINER 

Lori began her career working with the senior population after attending USC Beaufort while pursuing a degree in Human Services with a concentration in Gerontology.  She successfully completed a one-year internship with a local hospice organization in Charleston and during her time there, fell in love with the senior population. 

After her internship, Lori began working as a caregiver for a local home care company and quickly was promoted to client care coordinator.  From there, the opportunity to become a life enrichment coordinator for a memory care unit in an assisted living community presented itself. During her time there, Lori blossomed into all facets of care management including, med tech supervisor, assistant to the Director of Nursing, and then memory care supervisor.

Lori is a Dementia Specialist and also obtained certification in exercising leadership foundational principals from Harvard.  She is a South Carolina native and resides in Summerville.  She is an animal lover, proud grandma, and member of Mensa.   

Wren Metts

Wren is a Charleston native with over 12 years of dedicated experience in senior care, specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia support. Her journey through the senior living field has been both personal and professional, spanning roles from caregiver and MedTech to business office manager and memory care director. This diverse background gives her a rare, well-rounded perspective on both the clinical and operational sides of care.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), Wren is passionate about empowering others—families, caregivers, and professionals alike—to provide compassionate, informed, and high-quality dementia care. She is especially devoted to educating others, offering training and guidance that helps both professionals and family caregivers better understand the complexities of dementia and how to support those living with it.

Whether she’s leading trainings and workshops or supporting families, Wren brings heart, expertise, and a steadfast belief in the power of connection.  

Megan Madden

Megan’s career is rooted in compassionate care, with professional experience spanning hospice, home health, and dementia education. She is committed to supporting families, working collaboratively with physicians and community partners, and helping teams provide thoughtful, patient-centered care during life’s most important moments.

At home, she finds her greatest joy in exploring new places with her husband, their three daughters, and their two dogs. From everyday experiences to new adventures, family life provides grounding, perspective, and meaning.
